As founder of Flax & Teal, Phil has applied scientific and cloud skills in developing technologies on top of Kubernetes, geospatial data analysis and numerical simulations. His passion for open source, transparency and scalability put disaster mitigation and the response at the heart of Flax & Teal's mission. Alongside, the Flax & Teal team, in Sofia and beyond, have worked on projects from semiconductors to cultural heritage, understanding the world's data, and how it can shape our future.
